Why try to be someone He didn’t design you to be? Honestly? Why want brown hair, when He gave you red? Or blue eyes when He gave you green? 

It goes deeper than that too though. Why want different parents when He gave you the ones you have for a reason? Why want a boyfriend or girlfriend NOW when He has the right one waiting for you later?

God works in mysterious ways. He knew everything you would do in your life before you were born. Every success, every good day. But He also knew every mistake, every failure, every wrong decision. Yet still…He loves us? How craaaazy is that?? He LOVES us! He loves us in our failures, in our mistakes, in our sin. He loves us anyway. I just can’t get over how amazing He really is :)

We all have dreams, correct? We all have a perfect picture in our head that we want someday to come true. It can be anything. A big wedding, a successful job, a family. But do any of your dreams involve heartache? Does your perfect picture include depression? Loneliness? Pain? No. Nobody plans for bad things in their life. But Satan does. Satan wants to screw you up and bring you down. God though? God wants to make you happy! He wants you to feel loved and to feel safe. He wants you to be successful and to pursue and live out your dream. But in order for that to happen…we have to incorporate our dream for us with God’s dream for us. We don’t always know whats best for ourselves. In fact, a lot of the times we don’t. But the one who made you, who created you, who designed and put together every little detail about you…don’t you think He would know? Well yes, He would :)

Its true, you have to fight to make your dreams come true. But you need to have God helping you. And sometimes, you may disagree with Him, but I guarantee you He’ll be right 100% of the time :)

If you haven’t already, surrender your life to God. He’s the one who gave you life, and He knows everything you’re going to do in it. Just let Him guide you through it, and you will find yourself where you want to be :)
